"Educational psychology combines our scientific knowledge of how learners gain knowledge based on their psychological profile of cognitive and affective aptitudes and enables instruction to be customized and differentiated to address those specific needs. The discipline is an unique combination of subdisciplines which help us to better understand the educational process from the perspectives of teaching and learning. It is an exciting field in which psychologists can have a real impact on practice through the application of their research.

About Us
The purposes of this organization shall be to expand psychological knowledge and theory relevant to education, to extend the application of psychological knowledge and services to all aspects of education, to develop professional opportunities in educational psychology, to further the development of psychological theory through the study of educational processes, and to promote cooperation and joint action with others having similar or related purposes.
